By using this site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here; the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.

The site is for general information. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or buy property, a guarantee of price, value, availability or outcome, or legal, tax, lending or investment advice.

• Listings change daily. Price, status, square footage, lot size, year built, taxes, HOA details, school assignments and similar facts come from the listing brokerage and the MLS. They can be wrong or out of date, and you should verify anything you rely on through your own inspection, the county, the HOA, or a professional.
• Market statistics and reports are generated from MLS data for the areas and dates shown. They describe past activity and do not predict future prices.
• A valuation report requested through the valuation form is an estimate based on market data, not an appraisal. A price opinion for your property requires a conversation and a visit.
• Community guides reflect our own experience and publicly available information at the time of writing. Boundaries, amenities, rules and access can change.

Property listings on this site are provided through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS) and displayed by our IDX provider, iHomefinder. Listings include properties held by brokerages other than Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate; those listings identify the listing brokerage on the listing page.

IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or by us. Listing data is copyrighted by NNRMLS and the listing brokers and is updated on a schedule set by the MLS, so a listing’s status may have changed since the page was generated.

You may not copy, scrape, harvest, frame, or redistribute listing data from this site, use automated tools to access it, or use it to build or feed another product or database. Doing so violates the MLS’s rules and these terms.

Saved searches, listing alerts and market reports are a convenience we provide at no charge. We may change, pause or discontinue any feature of the site without notice.

The text, photographs, graphics, design and layout of this site, other than MLS listing data and content credited to others, are owned by or licensed to Tony Laurian and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your personal use in considering a real estate transaction. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

Photographs of individual listings belong to the listing brokerage or the photographer who created them and are displayed under the MLS’s rules.

Using this site, creating an account, or sending us an enquiry does not make you our client and does not create an agency relationship. In Nevada, that relationship begins only when you and we sign a brokerage agreement, and before that we will provide the state’s Duties Owed by a Nevada Real Estate Licensee disclosure. Until then, do not send us confidential information such as the most you would pay or the least you would accept.

These companies’ services are subject to their own terms.

The site links to other websites, including Coldwell Banker, social media platforms, and local resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony Laurian, Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, and their owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or your reliance on anything on it, even if advised of the possibility. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Nothing in these terms limits the duties we owe you under Nevada real estate law once an agency relationship exists, or your rights under the Fair Housing Act.
